TAPERED AND DOUBLE ROLLERS
The roller conveyors may include curved sections that can be achieved by means of conical rollers, one-shaft couples or cylindrical rollers. The radius of a curve is measured in the inner side of the inner frame and is generally proportioned as follows:
- Conical rollers Ri < 1,5L
- One-shaft couples Ri ≥ 1,5L
- Cylindrical rollers Ri ≥ 2,5L
In this chapter we present a range of tapered rollers and couples of rollers in axis made entirely of steel or with polypropylene inserts.
