RUBBER TREAD ROLLERS SERIES 315-316
IMPACT ROLLERS
Impact rollers are mainly used to support the belt in loading areas. They consist of a steel roller with a set of rubber discs assembled on. These discs create an undulate continuous and elastic rubber covering with internal annular notches, which does not collect any dirt or deposit and resists to abrasion and aging.
These rollers can also be used as return idlers when abrasive materials are conveyed.
Load capacities are the same of the corresponding steel rollers.
ANTI-INCREASE RUBBER TREAD ROLLERS
These rollers are mainly used to support the return belt of conveyors carrying abrasive and sticky materials as they are designed to prevent the material build-up and the inconveniences caused by the frost.
The rubber discs resist very well to abrasion and aging and are removable and replaceable.
They are equally spaced in the central part to support the edges of the belt, which does not get caught in the discs even if subject to misalignments.
These rollers must not be used as stretchers.
WIPPER ROLLERS
The wiper rollers can be used at the beginning of the return belt instead of the normal anti-increase rubber tread rollers.
They consist of a steel roller with a set of rubber discs assembled on, whose shape facilitates the removal of residual material
They must not be used as stretchers.
